1 Frequently Asked Questions
1.1 When will my online order ship out?

Online orders ship out on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.  We use USPS as our primary carrier & you will receive and automated email with tracking number once your order ships.

1.2 What is your return policy?

Item/items can be sent back to us within 30 days.  Item/items must be in new condition with tags attached. 

Store credit will be given for local returns, original form of payment will be refunded for out of town/state orders.

1.3 When do I come for Store Pickup?

If you chose Store Pickup for your purchase, your order will be ready for pickup shortly after your online order & you will receive an automated email telling you this.

Current store hours are Monday-Friday 10-5, Saturday 10-4 & Sunday 11-3.
